Thank you for shopping at Cosmic Computers. We stand behind the quality of our products. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and the procedures for returns, exchanges, and warranty claims.

1. Return & Exchange Timeframe

You have 3 days (72 hours) from the date of product delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. To be eligible, the product must be in its original, sealed condition. The manufacturer’s box must not be opened, and all seals/stickers must be intact.

2. General Conditions for All Returns & Exchanges

For a product to be eligible for any return or exchange, it must meet all the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
  • All original accessories, manuals, and box contents must be included.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

3. Non-Returnable Items

All products are eligible for return or exchange only if the sealed packaging is unopened, as per the conditions above. Opened boxes are not accepted for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

5. Warranty Claims

  • All products come with the standard manufacturer’s warranty (typically 1 year for most items, unless otherwise stated).
  • For warranty claims after the 3-day return window, you must contact us first. We facilitate the warranty process with the manufacturer’s authorized service centers on your behalf.
  • Warranty claims for opened and used products are accepted and will be processed according to the manufacturer’s terms.

6. Return Process

  1. Contact Us: You must notify us of your intent to return or exchange a product within 3 days of delivery by calling us at +92-321-9247725. Please have your order number ready.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with instructions and, if applicable, a Return Authorization number.
  3. Ship the Product: Pack the product securely in its original, unopened packaging with all accessories. Ship it to our service center address (provided upon authorization) using a reliable courier (e.g., TCS, Leopards).
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

7. Refund Method & Timing

  • If a refund is approved as per this policy, it will be issued via bank transfer to the customer’s nominated account.
  • The processing time for the refund depends on the specific product and situation and will be communicated to you after the inspection is complete. Please allow additional time for the bank transfer to reflect in your account.

8. Replacement & Repair Policy

  • For approved exchanges or warranty replacements, the time to ship the new item depends on product availability and your location.
  • For repairs under warranty, the product must be shipped to our designated service center at the customer’s expense (unless otherwise determined under Section 4). We do not offer on-site repair services.
